Tom Sullivan
Tom is CEO of Princeton Partners and a long‑time growth marketer with experience across banking, healthcare, higher education, government, and human services. He's led multidisciplinary teams that accelerate growth for banks, hospitals, universities, and nonprofits, and has guided marketing planning, innovation, and market‑share‑building initiatives for 30+ banks and credit unions since 1985. Tom created BMAP (Bank Marketing Assessment Platform), has created industry research studies, and is a speaker at industry conferences.
Kevin Kuchinski
Kevin is a business consulting and strategic planning expert, bringing a mix of corporate leadership and public service experience. Prior to Princeton Partners, he served as VP of Marketing at Church & Dwight, working on ARM & HAMMER™ and OxiClean™ while leading a $1B+ division, and he held roles at Procter & Gamble in the U.S. and Belgium, including the global launch of Swiffer (recognized by Advertising Age as a Top 100 Marketers of the Year).
Philip Shirley
Philip is a veteran agency executive who served for 25 years as chairman, CEO, and president of the South's oldest ad agency. He has led strategic planning, marketing, and reputation management assignments for national brands including State Farm, Louisville Slugger, BP America, Chevron, Trustmark Corporation, Russell Athletic, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, PGA National Resort, and Olin Chemical.
Pete Stackpole
Pete has spent nearly 30 years helping banks and credit unions with strategy, financial services marketing, digital banking, payments, and fintech. He guides customer focus groups, develops messaging strategies, and serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Financial Marketing Association.
Shakira Brown
Shakira Brown is a 13-time award-winning public relations, corporate communications, and brand messaging leader with nearly 25 years of experience, including a Madison Avenue background supporting brands like Microsoft and Scripps Networks (HGTV, DIY Network). She has secured coverage in major outlets such as The Today Show, The Wall Street Journal, the Associated Press, CNN, Fortune, Forbes, The New York Times, and NPR, and she serves as the lead marketing consultant for the New Jersey Small Business Development Center at The College of New Jersey.
Chris Sullivan
Chris is a performance-focused media strategist with 20+ years of experience building and optimizing integrated media plans across digital, social, broadcast, local cable, outdoor, and experiential channels, managing budgets from $100,000 to $25+ million. He leads media strategy work across public-sector and highly regulated organizations—along with education, home services, financial services, and consumer brands—and holds a Digital Media Analytics certificate from MIT Sloan.
